Some bugfixes that were necesarry.
Main Changes:
- if a top 40 Player leaves, the teams get a bonus staggered by the rank of the player according to his scores in the last 3 seasons
- the admin can now swap teams to clean leagues of inactive users while a season is still running
- in the settings you can now chose a different grounds as background for the teamsetup
- the successes of the teams are saved now and shown with different symbols (stars) in the tables and forums
- new icons for the tips site
- users chart included in the statistics

First of all you can rund 7 Leagues that compete in a cup similar to the champions league and in a cup with ko system like uefa cup.
With this system a site can hold more than 600 Teams with the same work as before.
Easier handling.
Transfer market system is updated and a few new things were added.

This will be the last version on SF and has space for 586 teams in 7 leagues that can feature the parts of a country (eg. Sussex, Wales) or supporters of different clubs (eg. Man U, Liverpool). The code will include full history of the single leagues, one new lineup, new statistics and a user map.
The leagues will compete in two new cups that are called the Duleague (analog Champions League) and Uffta Cup (analog UEFA Cup). The cups work automatically and do not need special administration.

As it turned out, that most of the sites that ran the code went inactive after a few weeks, as the admins were astounded by the work and the patience they needed to gather users, i decided to cease the installation and support for the code.
The work brought no additional value and my aim to set up a line of sites all over the world and to install a world cup or smth could not be reached.
I concentrate on the developement for myself now but still the code can be used if someone finds it worthy.

The language files are now handy in the lang folder and the languages can be used easier. The translation of the FAQs and install file is still in process, but the symbols of the teams of the english premier league are included and it can be switched to premier league in an easy way.
The admin interface is a bit easier. The transfer market is improved, you can now chose important transfers to show up on the head of the list.
You can now ignore mails of selected users.
The closing of the team setup is now easier to see with a new overview for the week.

With the new Version duliga is made multilingual after all. With the input of 2 english code Users i translated the rest of the code and cleaned the code of some flows that appeared with the first english/Premier League Server in duliga history:)
Now you can run the code, once the language files (that i made available as small downloads) are translated, in every language and with every Football League. Even Basketball Leagues are possible (seriously :D).
Version 3.0 will have english FAQs and install process and stuff and even the Cup/Help/Info/News site micl.de will be translated and leagues from all over the world can (once created ;) ) take part at the Cups and be blessed with the Info and News that appear there :) End of story next beer !

no more Admin maintenance needed for Transfer System.

The new version is out.
Many bugfixes concerning the installation process and new install File that guides through the installing process.
New Site http://www.micl.de where you can get support by forums and mail and even post a job for myself to install the code on your own server.
Most of the work to create a Champions League and a Cup between the deffernt sites theat run the code is done.

Bugfixes and some things were changed:
Symbols of the Teams appear in the ingame section and on the fixtures site.
The Forum has post count and ranks.
Multiple mails can be sent.
Number of transfers can be limited.
New and improved statistics.
You can see the actual standings that time between the close of the team save and the maintenace. Before and after you can see the actual team of the oponent there.

I fixed some smaller bugs and took out the selection field and replaced them with buttons to make the code safer. So the method=get thing that register globals=on allowed is now completely disabled.

The chnages converning the english language have been done. So except the statistics and the own Data thing (chnage Mail, Passwd, upload Gif etc.), the forum (incl. votes) and the calender, and the admin section everything is fine :D
That means the echoed Data is extracted and put into the language file. These last translations will be done in a hopefully short time.
The login has now english Buttons. If in the config file english is chosen as preferred language the whole thing is ready when the last files (faq.php, inc/lang/eng.php and createinfo.htm) a ready.

Today i completed the translation of the text concerning the game frontend.
The Adminsection, the forum and the votes are the last things that are awaiting translation.
I hope to finish this till friday.
If someone wants to install the code for en english speaking comunity, just the buttons for the index must be redesigned.

After 3 years of coding bit by bit i decided to push Duliga to a new Level. Therefore i will translate the code into english. Next days comes the upload of the current version.
