#26 Iterate and For Each components not working on Windows

What happened

i was trying to iterate and it fails to run producing an error "config: ctl.iterate: pipelineRef required"

Steps to reproduce

1. add in CSV
2. add "iterate" component
3. hit run

Environment

• Duckle version / release tag:
• Windows 11 x64

Fixed. The Iterate / For Each panel now lets you pick the child pipeline to run (plus an iteration count for Iterate). Please re-download and retest. https://github.com/SouravRoy-ETL/duckle/releases/tag/v0.2.0
