#23 Pinned icons on primary taskbar become inactive when window moved to another display

Win 7 Pro 64bit, SP1

When setup with either 2 or 3 monitors Applications that are launched from "pinned" icons on the taskbar move away from primary monitor the taskbar icon no longer shows as active.

This has lead to many occasions of 6+ instances of Outlook, or Chrome running at once (basically as many times as I click the icon before Alt-Tabbing and seeing the list)...

I'm sure this is a bigger issue for me as I frequently have 3 monitors enabled, but have the 3rd set to an input from another PC... So not seeing the app as active on the primary display is more bothersome for me.
