#201 taskbar not refreshing

Whe I moved a program from a screen to another the icon stay stucked in that screen. If I move my outlook program on all my screens, the icon will be everywhere.

If I go in properties, select mirror, apply, uncheck mirror and then apply everything is back to normal until I move a program.
