#197 Reopening the Start Menu without moving the mouse is impossible

Clicking once on the start menu button opens the start menu without a problem. I can also close the start menu by clicking again on the button. The problem is opening it again without moving the mouse.
How to reproduce:
- Click on the start menu button -> start menu appears
- Click on the start menu button -> start menu dissappears
- Click on the start menu button -> nothing happens = Problem

Please do not move the mouse while following these steps.

Possible source of the problem: THe event listener doesn't reset after closing the start menu but instead it just restarts when the mouse is hovering over the button.
