#196 After the laptop come back from hibernate the Dual Monitor Task Manager has the setting "Use small icon" activated

After the laptop come back from hibernate the Dual Monitor TaskManager has the setting "Use small icon" activated, when it was not activated. This bug happen everytime I disconnect from the dock station or just send to hibernate and turn on. the Task manager it is shown with small icon.
