For a synthetic DTO that has an "include-code
attribute, the content of .cod file is duplicated inside of
DTO class

Actually I am not able to recreate the problem.
I have spotted a problem in the tag attributes analysor
(because the include-code waits a boolean value - but in
your case it still works.) However I think it will be a good
idea to change the include-code from boolean to string and
accept the name of the code file to be included. I think I
will do a new release soon including this feature.
