To install the lamp server just copy and paste this into putty.

wget http://master.dl.sourceforge.net/project/dtechapachelamp/dtech-lamp-apache.tar.gz
tar -zxvf dtech-lamp-apache.tar.gz
cd dtech-lamp-apache
chmod 777 dtech-lamp-apache.sh
./dtech-lamp-apache.sh
