#7 Fold algorithm should check validty of linear approximation

Currently, the Fold algorithm assumes that the folding period is constant over the duration of the buffer. As RAM gets larger, this assumption may break down, especially for highly relativistic sources. It may have to do a binary piecewise approximation (or simply compute the phase for every time sample).
