Dont allow non-existant links to work?

right now if you link to a file such as:
http://www.example.com/dsplus/m.php?p=filedoesntexist.zip
It will show up as a link until they click on it, and then it shows it doesnt exist when they click on it, could this be prevented from happening at all?
not a big deal but might be nice :)
What does this line look like in the config? Did you change it to the new location of ds_files?
