Summary: Console optimisations

Initial Comment:
I'm using DSHub on a linux server without GUI so i can only use the console, here are a few tips that would improve the life of those that have to use the console:

- command history : if i entered 5 commands, i can press the UP/DOWN buttons to go trough them (like how the linux console does)

- command autocomplete : if i enter "re" and press a button (lets say TAB) then it will either show me a list will all commands that start with "re" (restart, rename, redirect, reg) or complete the first option and when i press TAB the again it goes to the other option. Or, another option would be to use the kind of autocomplete that is in the HalfLife2 game (ok, i know it's a game, but still it's console its great :p), you start writing, and when you entered "re" it would show you that there are 4 options and let you choose which you want, or let you type the entire name of the command.
