Can anyone please explain the Fields in the dialogue box of send by mail feature... Like smtp server, port, username, password... I want to send a file to my company's mail ID which is in outlook and is in the format abc@mycompany.com.

Hi, they are the standard settings to configure the SMTP for each client. For outlook you can find details online here https://support.office.com/en-us/article/pop-imap-and-smtp-settings-for-outlook-com-d088b986-291d-42b8-9564-9c414e2aa040
