I have downoaded a version 2.2 of Dream and ran it under Windows 10.
Dream requires wpcap.dll, Ive downloaded and put in folder with Dream
Then Dream again needs a packet.dll, Ive downloaded and put in folder with Dream.
Then Ive run prog and seen this windows:
This application failed to start because no Qt platform plugin could be initialized......
How to fix this?

After decompressing the file, I tried to execute the file dream.exe and I got four (4) error messages after which the program closes and does not work.
Please find hereinafter the error messages:
Dream exe. System error. The code execution cannot proceed because wpcap.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.
Dream exe. System error. The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.
Dream exe. System error. The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.
The fourth error message is exactly the same as error number 3.
Could you please advice how to make progress?
