As mentioned before after a Windows 10 update 2.1 would no longer work. I found a number of issues ,finally I am decoding again a number of SW stations AND it says it is now decoding audio after I installed the missing audio file BUT I still hear no audio ???
All LED's are green now but I still hear nothing ( see below ).
When I set up my audio via Windows 10 to feed audio INTO the virtual cable it takes it from my PC SPEAKERS to send the PC's audio ( from KiwiSDR's via Internet ) to the virtual cable AUDIO IN. This under Windows 10 Playback audio setting. Doing this the PC Speakers then are now not activated per Windows 10 audio Playback info.
I then choose in the DREAM software my PC SPEAKERS for audio output but still I hear no audio ???
I also find the LED's jumping around much sometimes going YELLOW ,then RED ,then GREEN again. Especially the three top ones ,FAC,SDC and MSC. How long does it take to hear audio once all these LED's are GREEN ,they don't stay all GREEN very long.
I am getting this LED jumping around on weak & strong signals.

You must have fed the output audio to the input signal inadvertently and thus caused interference between input/output. You can check that by looking at the spectrum waterfall plot and see if there is audio leaking into your input signal.

I think the previous posts I've given should be clear enough to help you get a grip on this issue.
BTW, you can experiment with different choices of output device. Due to some unknown reasons, the UI menu does not always correctly display the text label (sometimes it is misleading, ie. the label NOT matching the ACTUAL effect )
