You may be able to find what you need by searching for faad for DRM on the internet.
Try this: http://www.rarewares.org/files/aac/libfaac-1.28-mod.zip You must place the uncompressed .ddl in the same directory where the dream.exe "lives"; run it on a Win7-32 bit machine ;-)
@stefanomollo do you have a 64 bit ver?
Great news - the new snapshot has AAC decoding built in using the Fraunhoffer fdk-aac codec.
