Summary: Refactor CompilerError / JUnitError

Initial Comment:
All the infrastructure for highlighting lists of errors
is currently duplicated in the Compiler Output pane and
the JUnit Output pane.  This code really needs to be
factored out into a common superclass (eliminating a
lot of the little bugs from the copy/paste job).
