Summary: Color capitalized tokens

Initial Comment:
It would be nice to color types differently than 
other tokens. One way to approximately this very 
closely (with zero contextual analysis) would be to 
just color all capitalized tokens. In fact, this 
strategy has the advantage of alerting users when 
they mistakenly capitalize a token.

Story: The user types in a token starting with a 
capitalized letter. As soon as the first letter is 
capitalized, the token is colored differently. As 
soon as the token no longer has a capital letter in 
front, the token color reverts to black.
