Summary: Suggest "Save All" on compile

Initial Comment:
When the user tries to compile, he is asked whether 
he wants to save not just the file he's compiling, 
but all open files.

This feature would help prevent users from forgetting 
to save some files and then wondering why the program 
doesn't behave as expected.
