[DrJava] util/build.xml was broken, now fixed.

Robby Morgan just pointed out that I previously broke util/build.xml,
after making a "small" change and not re-running ant to make sure it
works. Way to go, me.

Anyhow:

cd util
cvs update build.xml

And you'll be all set. Sorry about this problem.
