[DrJava] Window Set-Up

I run my computer at 800x600, large fonts (Windows NT).  When I opened
Dr Java (last week's release, IIRC), the main window was much bigger
than my screen.  The interaction area at the bottom was completely off
screen and invisible.  Maybe opening full-screen would be best.
