Summary: modify classpath within DrJava

Initial Comment:
One should be able to modify the classpath dynamically
within DrJava, instead of having to use the command
line.  It'd be convenient, and it would make it easier
to use DrJava on OS's that are purely or predominantly
graphical, like Windows and Mac OS <10.
