#693 Modal dialog flicker: Project Properties/Increase Heap

I got a conflict between two modal dialogs--Project Properties and Increase Maximum Heap Size?--leading to flicker between the two (making it almost impossible to dismiss either). Produced by opening a folder that was not within the project root, then editing the project root to reflect the new location. After hitting "OK" or "Apply", I ran out of memory.

I had that issue with other dialogs, and I thought I had got them all. Thanks for pointing this one out, I'll make another pass over the code base.
