I don't have any useful info for your problem (I'm still having trouble with an ATI Xpert 2000 on AMD chipset myself) but wonder if the above may have an effect on the card. In general I hear that it may not be too good to have another card share an IRQ with the video card. Not sure if that's a problem but maybe try it with the NIC somewhere else (if possible). Marc |
