Ok, for some reason a fresh pull of DRI won't compile for me. I get various errors, the first of which is: In file included from GLwDrawA.c:46: GLwDrawAP.h:78: parse error before `CoreClassPart' GLwDrawAP.h:78: warning: no semicolon at end of struct or union GLwDrawAP.h:80: parse error before `}' ...lots and lots snipped... GLwDrawA.c: At top level: GLwDrawA.c:719: parse error before `String' GLwDrawA.c:720: warning: function declaration isn't a prototype GLwDrawA.c: In function `glwInput': GLwDrawA.c:721: `GLwDrawingAreaCallbackStruct' undeclared (first use in this function) GLwDrawA.c:721: parse error before `cb' GLwDrawA.c:723: `cb' undeclared (first use in this function) GLwDrawA.c:724: `event' undeclared (first use in this function) GLwDrawA.c:725: `glw' undeclared (first use in this function) GLwDrawA.c:727: `Widget' undeclared (first use in this function) GLwDrawA.c:727: parse error before `glw' GLwDrawA.c: At top level: GLwDrawA.c:456: warning: `createColormap' defined but not used GLwDrawA.c:512: warning: `Initialize' defined but not used GLwDrawA.c:635: warning: `Redraw' defined but not used GLwDrawA.c:648: warning: `Resize' defined but not used GLwDrawA.c:663: warning: `Destroy' defined but not used GLwDrawA.c:720: warning: `glwInput' defined but not used make[4]: *** [GLwDrawA.o] Error 1 Then, others (just final error message here, details available): make[4]: *** [GLwM1DrawA.o] Error 1 make[4]: *** [GLwM2DrawA.o] Error 1 make[4]: *** [GLwDAUtil.o] Error 1 make[10]: *** [agpsupport.o] Error 1 make[10]: *** [gamma.o] Error 1 make[10]: *** [tdfx.o] Error 1 make[10]: *** [r128.o] Error 1 make[10]: *** [mga.o] Error 1 I feel like I'm in DRI-school all over again. What newbie error can I possibly be making that I've forgotten about since October when I was doing this like a champ? :^| Don't tell me it's the kernel... System: P3/600 on Abit BH6 Rev 1.0 (440BX) 256Mb PC100 ECC RAM Linux kernel 2.4.0-test8 Red Hat 6.2, heavily used (modified) over the past 6 months Regards, matt |
