It will be much too large, and how hard is it to add "gzip $output_filename" to the end of your script? Similarly, I was only saying RPMS, .debs etc as future work. Just get your scripts creating .tar.gz files and let people start testing them. Once we've ironed out any problems, we can expand them to other distribution formats. -- Gareth |
