Umm, excuse me...  The Rage 128 and Radeon drivers both implement a
fullscreen mode where they enable page flipping.  I was going to add
this to the MGA driver when we've fixed all the remaining issues (or
most of them).

Of course, it doesn't really matter on the Radeon, as blits and fills
are just so damned fast...
