Just as an aside: The glean texBindPerf test shows one way to do this, by alternating two textures. It's not quite what we need because it doesn't force the texture image to be moved each time it's bound, though we might be able to finesse that by using textures that fill texture memory entirely. The object management extension I've been working on will allow textures to be moved explicitly. Allen |
