I looks like agpgart is not loading on your system for some reason. Try unloading the radeon module: /sbin/rmmod radeon Then loading the agpgart, followed by the radeon: /sbin/insmod agpgart.o /sbin/insmod radeon.o agpgart is in the kernel tree under drivers/char/agp I believe.
