I have a Core 2 Duo E6700 (2.67 GHz), when running an
encoding with nothing else running on my computer,
Dr. Divx doesn't use more than 70% of both core. I
imagine that there's room for improvement in the
threads coding.

    I have the E6600, and have similar results (stays tacked at
    60-70%)
