#141 fails to start

okay guys i took a screen shot of the message it gives,
what i'm doing is encoding windows MCE files the
.dvr-ms but this only happens on certian files. so out
of the last 50 i've encoded i have 5 that do this
thing. you can view the screen shot at

sorry for the large size of the shot as it took both my
monitors, my 17" LCD and 23" LCD so its kinda big. if

This is a bug in the FFMPEG ASF demuxer. I made a workaround
to avoir crashing and continue parsing the file. I'm going
to test an encoding of a failing file.
