Drawj2d 1.4.0 released

This release enhances text capabilities.

Changes:
- new command textappend
- new command info. Example: info label.width {Some text}
- font Lines and font LinesMono: new style pen (thickness taken from pen stroke width)
- deprecated output type rmapi removed: use --type rmdoc or --type rm instead, rmapi supports both
