Drawj2d 1.2.3 released

This is a maintenance release. It adds more glyphs to the single line font.

Changes:
- font Lines plain: latin-1 letters completed and glyphs for symbols
- font Lines italic: latin-1 letters completed
- fix hatchpolygon issue (incomplete hatching)
