Drawj2d 0.9.4 released

This release works on Java 9 (in addition to JRE7 and JRE8).

Changes:
- new command geom.intersectcircles
- command dxf fix: text rotation
- depreciated command names removed: geom.[hypot|crossprod|dotprod]
- library updates: pdfrenderer, evalex
