Drawj2d 0.9.4 released

This release works on Java 9 (in addition to JRE 7 and JRE 8).

Changes:
- new command geom.intersectcircles
- fix command dxf: text rotation
- remove depreciated command names
- library updates: pdfrenderer, evalex
- java 9 compatibility
