#1173 Guestbook fields should be required fields

Using Version: 0.4.11 r5663

How to replicate:

Before you login to drake cms please make sure that at least one person has signed your guestbook.

1) Login to drake cms
2) Go to Components > Guestbook
3) Click on one of the entries to edit it
4) Currently there are no required fields which is wrong.

I think the following fields should be made required fields:

- Name
- Email Address
- Title
- Message
