I just install Beta35.1.img in my Raspberry Pi 3 Model B 1GB and when I type user ubuntu and password dragon , appear this error " [1.136985] zswap: zpool z3fold not available, using default zbud" and then restart the Raspberry, and again

Sorry I hadn't noticed this sooner. I suspect you just do not have enough ram on the Pi3 at 1GB. That would be my guess. I can only think of maybe one time I tried the Pi3 and I think I had to give it a lot of virtual ram. The Zswap z3fold not available is normal though.
Although what your seeing sounds like what someone else was seeing and in the end they grabbed a different SD card and burnt it again and was able to proceed. Can you try another SD card?
