Can you please add support for the rtl-ais package?

I’m going to see if I can build this into a deb paragraph and have it available to install via apt.

I’m currently managing this as a way to offer upgrades and new packages

I've added rtl-ais to the focalx_ppa.

You should be able to follow the directions there to add it to an existing DragonOS FocalX install. After adding the ppa you would run sudo apt update and then sudo apt install rtl-ais.
