#45 Localization of function names
Hello,
many countries do not use \sin^{-1} etc for inverse goniometric functions, but \arcsin, \arccos, \arctan. This can be customized in xml output, but not on the screen, in the applet window applet, where students edit expression.
I know, it is easy to tell to our students that \sin^{-1} x is not \frac{1}{\sin x} but inverse sine function, but our students are weak in mathematics and everything different from usual notation is confusing for them. Is it possible to customize pictures for the function names which are compiled into the applet without recompiling? -- I tried to recompile but without success :(

It was our original intention to provide this feature, however I was concerned it may provide the user with too many opportunities to "break" the software, if the image was not the correct format, or size, or transparent etc.
However, DragMath has been written with this feature in mind so can be easily adapted to include it, so it is a possibility for a future release.
