Typo in privileged>generate_mst.info

Control arguments:
...
-file, -fl
directs output to a file in the storage system rather than to a
tape. The file name (which can specify a multisegment file) has the
same name as the reel_id argument.

The -fl argument is not accepted by generate_mst.
