#104 Documentation error: missing command in AU77

AU77, pg 2-1 describes the needed system_start_up.ec addtions to allow HFED to run MOLTS.

The ISOLTS also requires:

hpsa >sc1>admin_acs>set_proc_required.acs rw *.HFED.*

to run.

This may be a version problem. The edition of AU77 I am using is marked 'MR10.2'

There may not have been an update to AU77 since MR10.2 (unless you know that there has been). — Eric

The last 4 of the 6 change comments in set_procs_required refer to MR12.1;

4 says: "Modified to check ACS before allowing sprq.", so it is a

reasonable supposition that the missing command was not required until
12.1, and that AU77 would have been updated as part of the 12.1 release. I
don't know this; I'm just giving Bull an excuse.
