Initial Comment:
Testing on DPR 5.1.2 multipleRepoLocs branch
If the Server Read Timeout is set to less than 1min, DPR will not allow user to open the 'Update repository Settings' in DR.

Server Read timeout has to be updated on the preferences file manually to be able to access the setting from the GUI.
