Testing on DPR 7.1.0.
Reason column on 'Data object with no normalised record' report always shows 'no normalizer available' for formats that are in acceptable preservation format.

For formats like PDF that are not normalized because they are an acceptable preservation format, reason should be 'Acceptable preservation format' instead of 'No normalizer available.
