#296 Start Advanced Normalisation with normalisation failures

When Errors occur and Advanced Normalisation is provided as an option then when going to the Advanced Normalisation window it would be desirable if the table began populated with all the entries for normalisation failure (with errors shown) and with the Criteria set to this.
