#442 Duplicate logon warning message

When running more than one instance of DPR (including on a different computer connecting to the same database) then a message will come up saying the following:

A duplicate session has been detected.
Do you wish to log in anyway?
(The other session will be closed)

Yes and No options are provided. This message should no longer be present. There is no reason why the user cannot log on with two instances of DPR and doing so does not close any sessions.
