#435 Abrupt shutdown of DPR at Normalization step causes transfer job to freeze

If DPR Shuts down abruptly while in the middle of normalization step - When the user logs back in and starts the job - Job freezes at the normalization step and no error on the UI.

Cannot re-run the job.,Have to delete job and re-import to run again.
