DPR seems to be writing the settings\preferences to the user's home directory which may be ok if the users have access to update the preferences through DPR but only administrator can update the preferences through DPR.
As a result, if the administrator goes in and changes the preferences through DPR, it only changes the administrator home directory but does not affect any other users that may login to the workstation to use DPR.
If we do not allow users to modify preferences, then it should be a universal file for all users logging to the workstation.
