you won’t get direct Push access, because no one does, not even administrators.

Did you do the first step? You would find the answer here [1].

You tried to push to “refs/heads/master”, which would bypass the code review.
The correct target for your push command is “refs/for/<branch-name>”, so “refs/for/master” in this case.
You already have sufficient rights to push your commits there.

Hi All,

I am one of this year's Google Summer of Code participants for Saros and I am working on improving Saros/I.

I implemented Notifications for Saros/I and pushed the sandbox branch and the push was successful. But now when I am trying to push to the master branch it gives me this error.
