#339 Bug in segmentedControl?

Hello Babak,

I think I found a small bug in segmented control. I attach a small sample.

When you select the segments the textview is updated correctly via the changed method. When you change the segments via the buttons (setting the index), the segments are selected correctly but the changed method is not called and the textview is not updated.
