[Dpcl-develop] DPCL 3.4.3 release available for download

DPCL 3.4.3 is now available for download from the DPCL project download 
page (http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=128800). The 
files contained in this release are listed under the DPCL production 
releases category.

This release fixes a couple problems which have been reported since the 
v342 release.
