    When I paste this link into my browser and press go, I get
    the following error from the server:

    Bad request
    Your browser sent a query this server could not understand.

    It's likely that DownloadPlus can't download it because of
    the server response above!

    Well when I first submitted this - I got errors about a bad
    file name - cos the file most definitely did exist as I
    downloaded it later through Firebird.

    Yea I'm getting the same error, now the file doesn't exist
    anymore I guess.

    I know what is the problem though, i should replace all the url
    tags (like %20, &2F etc... by their equivalent thing.) I think
    it's %XX (hexadecimal value) of the character.
